If you need your devices for work or school, try a mini-detox in the evenings. Pick a time to turn off your devices and enjoy an evening free of social media, texting, and online distractions.

Set limits. You don’t need to ditch your phone completely—just set some boundaries. Use your phone for music during workouts, but put it on airplane mode to avoid distractions. 

Turn off push notifications from apps like Instagram, Twitter, and news sites to remove distractions. Instead, set aside specific times to check messages and updates, like 20-30 minutes daily.
