So, stick with it for three weeks to get started, and keep going for three months to make it a lifestyle. 💪

Life happens, and you might miss a day, but don't let it turn into a habit of skipping. This is the 2-Day Rule: never skip your habit two days in a row. Missed one day? No biggie. 

Just make sure you're back at it the next day. 

Always be prepared with the If-Then Method. Plan for challenges: if you miss your morning workout, then you'll do it in the evening. 

This way, you'll always have a backup plan and keep your momentum going! 🗓️💖
